Broken Promises

I don't know what to believe, who to trust anymore.

Every time someone promises something and didn't carry it out,

a part of me dies inside.

And it's not like I didn't learn my lesson.

I just thought that they are worth my trust and so I place my trust in them again.

I know promises are meant to be broken,

But not my heart.
